EaglesLosing Streak at Eight

Cold shooting continues to hamper the RHEMA Eagles.

The Eagles shot 31 percent from the floor, 22 percent from three-point range, and 47 percent from the free-throw line in an 81-46 loss to the University of St. Thomas Celts Friday night in Houston, Texas. By comparison, the Celts shot 58 percent from the floor, 42 percent from beyond the arc, and 69 percent from the charity stripe. The loss drops RHEMA to 3-16 on the season.
Sophomore guard Carl Dixon was the only Eagle to score in double figures with 20 points. He also grabbed a game-high six rebounds. Robert Sanders contributed nine points, while Zayne Hamm chipped in six.
